Pros (+) I've stayed here in the past with no problems and gave high ratings, but this time the room was not clean. I was too tired to deal with it that night as I arrived late in the evening, but the NEW manager in the morning took care of it immediately and gave me a Full refund and apology! She said improvements were coming. I will give them another try next time I need to stay in Kalamazoo.

Pros (+) We were given a handicap room which was very large and comfortable. The bed was huge and clean and comfy. This is a simple hotel, but if you're not going to be in your hotel a lot, it's perfect
Cons (-) House keeping showed up at 9am and tried to come in about 5 times.
