Pros (+) Only complaints would be: 1) the ongoing construction, which fortunately didn't occur at night, as it was rather loud. 2) shower temperature never got very hot (even after contacting staff to fix it) 3) bed was rock hard. Had to put the couch cushion on the bed to actually get a good night's sleep. Asked a few times to see if they could make it any softer, but to no avail. 4) could be cleaner. She...
