Bygone era boutique
The rooms are fabulously redone to reflect the period the hotel came from. Excellently refurnished and nicely appointed. Although compact, the bathroom is cute and functional while the bed and pillows were exceptional and the solid wood floors harken back to a time of steamer trunks and hat boxes. Loved the stay here. Highly functional room with modern features that remembers where the hotel came from.
Nicely refurbished, cozy and comfortable
Great location, close to restaurants and adult night time entertainment,
Nothing
Everything, had I physically seeing the hotel I would not have book this hotel and I would not recommend it to my friends
easy to find this hotel, good services, good breakfest.
too noise at night, too much pub around
The location is excellent. The hotel is old but well kept. The staff is very helpful, specially Robin.
The parking is at an open lot beside the hotel. It is near the hotel but it is open to the public. I don't know about security. Nothing happened with our car, I just don't feel comfortable with these kind of open parking lots, that are very common in Canada.
I liked the style - old pictures of the town on the walls, the free breakfast, the helpful receptionists.
Not so much that I didn't like it, but was quite surprised when they didn't clean the room after the 1st night, for that price.
The history of the hotel, location and price were great. The decor of the hotel was also very appeasing. We found our room very comfortable and quiet with a nice view of the hills in Kamloops.
Very pleasant staff, nice welcome at reception. Room very spacious and comfortable. Decor style is very traditional and cosy. Public car park immediately adjacent to the hotel which the hotel provides a free parking voucher for.
Cleanliness of all Hotel.
The breakfast was included, but it wasn´t as they describe, because on Sunday they start to serve after 8:30 a.m. and in the brochure inside the room was at 7:30 a.m., so I waked up early to leave and I didn't have my breakfast there. Also, the parking is in public area...
Nice room, unique hotel, included breakfast, nice staff.
Got a parking ticket while registering to receive the hotel parking pass! Loud at night as our room was next to the street.
Nice to stay in a hotel that is not the same as all the others. The decor had character and the hotel had an old fashioned charm. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The location was central and close to shops and restaurants.
Room rather small. Some noise from road especially cruising motor bikes and sooped up pick-ups.
Tendency to overcook fish in the restaurant
