Cons (-) I read bad reviews but ignored them bc it was so cheap!! The water park IS NOT INCLUDED, and gross from the looks. The area in incredibly sketchy! Their lobby is deceiving, but when you get on any floor, The walls are peeling off everywhere, the carpet is disgusting, and there is a funky smell everywhere. Pros (+) Coco Key was awesome, kids had a great time.
Cons (-) Clorine level was horrible, take some eye drops with you because your eyes feel like they’re going to burn out of your sockets. The check in line was ridiculous, it was going out the door and only 3 people to check in guests. Same with the elevators. The bed was horrible, better off sleeping on the floor.

Cons (-) Half of the games in the arcade didn't work, no ice machine on our floor, pop vending machines only take credit cards and it malfunctioned on our floor, no free breakfast in the am, staff weren't very helpful or welcoming.

Cons (-) Front desk was rude. Notified them of no heat in our room, they told us to pretty much deal with it.
Pros (+) The hotel was great. The staff was pleasant and eager to please.
Cons (-) When we arrived, there was no record of our reservation. If I hadn't brought along my printed receipt I don't know that we would have gotten a room at all. Not the best start to our stay, but after the issue was resolved we truly enjoyed ourselves.
Pros (+) Love how beautiful the hotel was an how relaxing the room was an Denys was right across the way so I smacked all night lol love this place plus it has a water park .
