Pros (+) Casino staff were excellent but hotel staff were inattentive and not welcoming.
Cons (-) More attention to detail. Hotel offers nothing that makes you feel like you're on vacation. Rooms are stylish but you can hear everything in the hall and in adjoining rooms. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but no one replaced the towels, water or made the beds during our three day stay. Shower looked great but the shower head only had two settings: like a garden hose and a mist. Elevato...

Pros (+) Falcon Diner for breakfast was fantastic. Food very good and service exceptional.
Cons (-) Buffet was terrible, food was dried out and looked like its been sitting there for hours. We got our money back and ate elsewhere. The room did not has any towels in bathroom. The shower smelled like urine.

Pros (+) From the moment we walked in we were greeted with great customer service, which continued thoughout the whole trip. The restaurants were all very good, the casino was fun and I didn't lose any money!
Cons (-) There wasn't much I didn't like. I requested a microwave and never got one because they didn't have any available. They instead paid for our breakfast at the diner, so it ended up alight.

Cons (-) They charged my card 25dollars for no reason as a addtional charge. And never got a statement of how the cost was broke down for what. Not happy at all

Pros (+) The staff treated us like guilty ID thieves. We were ID'd every time we turned around. I was accused of not being myself. The lady called security to ID me again. It was relentless how they went out of their way to let us know who was in charge.
Cons (-) I didn't like Sheila at the casino. She was a horrible pit boss and should lose her job.
