We liked the very large room with 12' ceilings, convenience of the guest laundry facilities, easy in/out parking with your room key ($12/day fee), and the location. There are several great restaurants within a 10-minute walk of the property.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring downtown attractions and using public transport. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. However, several reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, as well as issues with the pool size and maintenance. Overall, the positive experiences with location, service, and breakfast outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-Generated from customer reviews

The shower had pink slim in the corners. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the hooks in the bathroom were falling off
Pros (+) Great location and staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Cons (-) The water pressure in the shower was very low both mornings when we showered.
Cons (-) Hand to bring to staff attention wobbly toilet seat and empty dispensers in bathroom.
