Close to central station (2 stops) and city centre (3-4 stops), tram stop 5-10 minutes walk, friendly staff, quiet location, reasonable prices, near swimming and spa facilities.
Small room (although I believe large are available), washbasin and shower in room (toilet ensuite but separate), walls not very thick (although no noisy neighbours).
