Kata Beach Studio

Booked this hotel as it looked really good. As read on other review sites and its very true, improvements to the building are purely athestic, the walls, doors windows etc are all very thin making it noisy at night as it is central (which is very good!).

Checked in and staff didnt have our reservation which was dissapointing, after pointing out the reservation using the internet the reception found us a room but however wasnt a twin which we had booked. We complained and she said there was nothing she could do, one of us had to sleep on the sofa each night which was uncomfortable, no compensation was offered at anytime and no apology was given. Ordered room service food which was literally stone cold however didnt complain due to above experience on check in.
