Pros (+) From beginning to end, our stay was phenomenal. This staff is professional and courteous. The resort community itself is gated with someone staffing the gatehouse. You must use your room key to renter the community. Room service is fast and the food options are good. They knock and drop it at the door. Pros (+) the settings, the pools, it was clean and keep well
Cons (-) when booking online disclose all the hidden charges, they advertise a reasonable rate then hit you with high parking fees, then high resort fees, i could have stayed in a better place if i had known the true cost. and they don't disclose till you show up and can't cancel your reservation. i call that a bait and switch.

Pros (+) Amazingly clean and well-maintained with a friendly staff. We were in Building 4 with an ocean view, not overlooking the swimming pools (there are six!) and the marina. Building 4 is quiet and peaceful and the balcony with a table and two chairs was comfortable. Cons (-) Towels are not available at the swimming pools after mid-afternoon; take towels from your room. We sat at a table under the umbrellas outside the Yellowfin Bar & Grill in the afternoon and were completely ignored by the servers; somebody passing by could have stopped by to say "You have to order at the bar". The mandatory resort fees are high.
