Very welcoming
I loved that it was an old hotel but well kept up. Our room faced the pool so we could just go right out there. Breakfast was included and that included fresh fruit and juices, plus hard boiled eggs, pastries, toast, and French toast. They allowed us to keep our car parked there after we had checked out when we walked to a day boat trip and were allowed to go behind the office and take a shower before driving back up to Ft Lauderdale. So friendly.

This was the worst hotel/bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at. The room was highly overpriced. The linen and towels were soiled and I found termites in my bed.
