Decor was amazing. Pool area is equally amazing. I felt like we were in a theme park!
A lot of restaurants and bars in the actual hotel were closed. I understand it’s probably due to the lack of visitors staying at the property, however, it is a little inconvenient for the people who ARE there. Not a huge deal but, it was something we noticed.
Atrium and facilities are beautiful.
Parking cost and “resort fee” was insane especially because we didn’t use the pool, water park, dry cleaning, or much of anything. You should be able to opt in to the additional amenities. Parking wa lbs outrageous - what is worse is that my dad came to visit for 3 hours. Parking cost $26. Really. So now we have paid $125 for parking in 4 days. That was the cost of my rental car and parking in EUROPE for 5 days. Hotel was mediocre in general. Main areas are nice but it ends there. Beds were STIFF. Decor was dated.
I can honestly say, this place was just amazing!
Nice hotel, nice pool
Steakhouse inside was very over priced. Thought it would be more of a family like hotel, but is definitely intended for business.
Awesome pool for kids, the steak house, the gators, transportation for Disney overall all the facilities
Swimming pool area
Alcoholic beverage preparation not so good at pool area!!!
Staff was very attentive. Property was beautiful. Rooms were perfect and the pool is amazing.
Extremely overpriced. Resort fees are $20 per day and self parking is $18.00 per day. Resturants are also overpriced. Presentation is beautiful but quality is poor. The $168.00 meal for two at Old Hickory Steakhouse was by far the worst cut of meat we have ever eaten. The side of mushrooms were cold and a hard texture. The wine was the only plus.
