Food is a bit pricey, but it is a luxury resort. Pool and water park are the best we have ever seen. Lobby and all common areas kept quite cool when walking in from the pool area in wet swim gear. Kids and adults were cold until we got to our room. Staff was very helpful throughout our visit.

Pros (+) Decor was amazing. Pool area is equally amazing. I felt like we were in a theme park!
Cons (-) A lot of restaurants and bars in the actual hotel were closed. I understand it’s probably due to the lack of visitors staying at the property, however, it is a little inconvenient for the people who ARE there. Not a huge deal but, it was something we noticed.

Pros (+) Atrium and facilities are beautiful.
Cons (-) Parking cost and “resort fee” was insane especially because we didn’t use the pool, water park, dry cleaning, or much of anything. You should be able to opt in to the additional amenities. Parking wa lbs outrageous - what is worse is that my dad came to visit for 3 hours. Parking cost $26. Really. So now we have paid $125 for parking in 4 days. That was the cost of my rental car and parking in EUR...
