Very Dissapoints I had to get my Refund back they gave me the room 346 and when I open the door it smell really bad. And I was with a Infaint and my daughter so she just sat on the bed 5 mins later she noise she was full of BUGS so was I and the baby.

A Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience left much to be desired. As soon as I arrived, I was surprised to find that I had to pay more than what I had initially paid online. It was explained to me that the online payment was only for the reservation, which was not made clear during the booking process. Upon entering my non-smoking room, I was immediately greeted with an unpleasant odor. This was quite disappointing as I had specifically requested a non-smoking room to avoid such issues. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar, with towels that had an off-putting smell. Another issue I encountered was the broken door scanner at the front entrance. Although it was functional, it gave off an impression of neglect and lack of maintenance. Additionally, I noticed that many lights in the hotel were disconnected, which made navigating the room a bit challenging. On a positive note, the temperature in the room was set at a comfortable 65 degrees, which was fine for me. However, this was one of the few aspects of my stay that I found satisfactory. Overall, this hotel is in need of some tender loving care (TLC). The issues I encountered, from the unexpected additional charges to the unpleasant smell in the room and the general lack of cleanliness and maintenance, left me disappointed with my stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and invests in improving the quality of their accommodations.

Pros:The convenience how close the hotel was to Walt Disney World.
Cons:The bathroom had mold in them, the ceiling was cracked and almost appeared like it was about to cave in. No microwave in the rooms. The carpets were dirty and need to be replaced. The rooms had no cleanliness smell to them.

Pros:Location is their most attractive quality. Close to restaurants, theme parks, and other entertainment facilities.
Cons:Staff lack the most basic customer service skills. They're unfriendly, and have subpar communication skills. Rooms could be cleaner as well as the overall grounds; trash was pretty much everywhere this last time I was there.

Cons:Not sure where to start. If it is the completely broken bed. The phone with no buttons that did not work to call the front desk about the bed. Those were just 2 things, thank goodness we were exhausted and delirious; therefore, we found wverything quite humorous. We just moved the mattress to the floor and slept the few hours we had left. The place was horrible. NEVER AGAIN!!

Pros:We liked only location.
Cons:First they gave us room that is not with pool view and we paid for it, then somehow when i was arguing they decided to switch to another one. We went to our room and we saw frog in the front of the door, we opened the door TV was on, and somebodys personal things were there so we called them and they told us that we need to come back to the front desk, we went there they gave us another one. We went to another one, everytjing smelled like mold, ac was leaking in the room, bathroom had wet sealing. In front of the apartments was so dirty, smelled so bad, we saw the room where they keep towels and it was dirty as nothing i saw before. We slept on the towels we brought with us and we didnt leave any of our bags in the apartment, fortunately we had to stay only 2 nights here. I learned my lesson and will never look at the hotels with 3 stars, i wish i paid more to stay in clean place. At one point we thought to sleep in our car, tried to find another hotel in the area but it was 2AM and everything around was booked for that weekend, except few that were in the same condition as this one. Dont recommend!!!
