Several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, citing bugs, unpleasant smells, and insufficient housekeeping. Amenities were also a common concern, with complaints about hidden fees, lack of expected features like jacuzzis, and amenities being closed or not included as advertised. Service issues were mentioned, including unresponsive staff, poor communication, and lack of room cleaning. While a few reviews highlighted positive aspects such as room size, location, and property beauty, the overall sentiment leaned negative due to these recurring problems.

Kahlfani, Oct 2022
the whole experience was oxymoronic in that Westgate prides itself on getting you to purchase a time share by downplaying the whole notion of staying in a hotel room, however, that’s exactly what you get from them when you go through Interval International and book a no kitchen villa. You get a hotel room!………Now I will say for the price for the week was good. That’s the gist of it. Would I stay at...

Could not even stay because of the state of them room. Checkin and immediately checked out after getting to the room. Staff was not helpful even after I offered to pay for upgraded accommodations. Reasons for the departures: the bug infestation, bathroom falling apart and room was a shoe box (marketed as a studio suit) and probably not updated for 15 years.

Pros (+) We like the location This time I had the villa 2 bedroom with loft. It was wonderful. Very much like home.
Cons (-) We did a timeshare. They told me 60 minutes but ended up being 4 hours. We weren’t the only ones to be disappointed with our original person. Just to long.

Pros (+) The walk in shower.
Cons (-) Washers and dryers out side the entry door thats is shared by a condo villa. The people in the villa were doing laundry all night and the noise from the machines keep me up all night. The toilet was was very low to the floor something that would be good at a preschool. The beds were platforms something from the 1970's Couldn't connect to internet for the four nights we were there. Guest service we...

Pros (+) I liked that there was a small kitchen in the one bedroom unit. I liked that they had a free shuttle to the theme parks - although if you went early you had to return before the park closed. We got a ride there and used Uber to return - cheeper than parking.
Cons (-) The door connecting our unit to the next unit was not very sound proof. We could hear everything that was said in that unit - the conversations, the tv, the swearing, the yelling - everything. TV was small and out of date - no High Def - Only Analog. Fire alarm went off during the night. You have to pay to use the internet. You have to pay to use the gym. They had a breakfast buffet that I would n...
