The staff was nice and helping! Friendly staff and really good breakfast. Secret beach was perfect! Very nice rooms and the view from the terrace is amazing. Restaurant atmosphere and staff were wonderful! Wanted to go everyday there. Super good menu as well. Loved the resort, authentically Thai. Restaurant style and food were so amazing that we had the wedding reception there. Loved the secret beach. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. The view is nice, the room is spacious, staff was great. The hotel room was very big and beds very very comfy. Location is great. Double king size bed very so comfortable. Location and surrounding. Perfect location for snorkeling from a cool restaurant with amazing views wherever you look. Timmy helped us a lot! All the guys in reception were super super nice, also de guys who help with the transportation! Very kind people!! The view is nice, the room is spacious, staff was great. The hotel room was very big and beds very very comfy. Bungalow was right next to the beach which I didn’t know from the photos. Very nice to sit and watch the stars at night time. Price was reasonable and room was very large. The location and the restaurant. The beach and location were beautiful. However, the central aspect of the beach connected with the hotel was closed due to hotel upkeep. The grounds of the hotel were kept clean. Seaview and Restaurant. everything! such a beautiful resort. Timmy on reception is lovely and answered all our queries :) This is a local family run business and they do a very good job of keeping it clean, and the gardens throughout the resort are well maintained. t highly recommend! he restaurant is a MUST SEE whilst visiting Koh Phangan! Love the island and hotel, friendly staff. Very nice place, relax and very friendly staff. great views, helpful staff. The grounds of the property were gorgeous, it’s like being in a jungle. The highlight is the restaurant, koh raham beach bar, never seen anything like it! you can jump off the edge of the rock into the water or walk down steps and swim surrounded by hundreds of fish so snorkelling gear is a must but you can hire it. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were friendly.

The water pressure was terrible. Lots of stairs and smelly bathroom. We had the basic room. Reception can be better. It is a bit dark as well. Too much work and noise being done around the reception garden. Shame that we were not accompanied in the beach front villas as reversed. Wifi does not work well at all. The way from reception to the room was way too dark. It wasn't too clean really. At night there was a blue light shining into my room, so I had to close the curtains. It is a little bit far off, so if you like peace and quiet, this is the place. The pool shown in the hotel pictures should be classed as false advertisement as that pool is only available to the penthouse guests and is very clean and smart! However the actual pool you have access too looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks me and my girlfriend went down to have a swim and didn’t even get into it due to how filthy it looked. If you are looking for a hotel with a pool this is definitely not the one for you. Everything was decent. More taxi numbers. The room was not clean. They didn't even clean the day after. The Aircon was underpowered for the room. The furniture was a bit old and renewable. The safe in the room wasn't working. The refrigerator was leaking. The shower drain was clogged at times. And during our 1 week stay they only cleaned our room once even though we requested it. There was a big rat and it ran down the shower drain. We had to put the bin over the drain so it didn’t come back. The location is bad. I made a reservation, I came with two suitcases it was almost impossible to reach the reception. I did not have hot water in the shower. I left the hotel at the same day without getting refunded or even offered to get some of the amount back after I booked four nights. I don’t recommend to anyone. The breakfast at the restaurant was disgusting. The main sitting room in the hotel was used for boxes. My shower did not work correctly, the room safe did not work, one window in the lounge area was broken. The shower privacy screen missing. The internet was not usable. cleanliness of room and amenities in room. getting the roomed cleaned was a hassle. The Wi-Fi is dodgy and the shower was terrible. the room wasn’t cleaned during our 3 night stay - I think you just need to make sure you ask on reception to get it cleaned if you really want to.
