Pros:I love the staff there. Everything is modern and well built, the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Very clean and the private beach is beautiful. Breakfast is a treat worth waking up for. The pool bar is wonderful. This was our third time and we will definitely come back.
Cons:They use spring mattresses which I dislike; wifi reception could be improved; rooms aren't sound proof so loud neighbors can be heard.
Pros:Amazing hotel. Service was incredible- staff very friendly and helpful. Views stunning. Breakfast was vast and amazing. You cannot beat this hotel for the price. Definitely best place to stay in Ko Phangan.
