The situation.Middle Chewang Beach.
My room had an adjoining door. Could hear everything happening in the other room,VERY noisy.

good location on the beach
our room had a aircon leak from the roof,so everyday we had a pool of water on the floor.security guy talked to my thai girlfriend like she was a prostitute,we were sitting on the beach for sunrise as we came back to the room he talked to her like she was dirt.other than that was ok place to stay

location is great, comfort of the rooms as such is good; staff at the restaurant friendly (unlike some of the hotel reception staff)
hotel-reception staff speak poor English, if at all; very basic "hotel-procedures" like arranging pick up of laundry at the room, late check out need like "5-minutes explanations".....by far not enough umbrellas/shadow on the beach; beach chairs and tables dirty (fries, ketch-up) and old: room 1015 somehow 'smelly', before and worse after service (vomit-smell after service on Feb 26)
