Pros: Location
Cons: I often don’t write reviews, but this place really deserves one. My experience at this place was terrible, so terrible that I decided to just check out early and go to a different place. The first cabin I was assigned to had a terrible smell of sewers. After complaining I got moved to a bigger cabin only to find out that the air condition wasn’t working at all. Once again I make my way to the reception. They tell me the technician will come and fix. I go for a walk when I’m back they say they will “upgrade” me to deluxe cabin, meaning... same as cabin #1 with a slight view of the ocean. I spent the night here and the bed is as hard as sleeping on the floor (beds in cabin #1 and #2 were fine) After talking to the receptionist for the 3rd time now they say they will solve it. Solution: put 2 comforters in the bed. At this point I packed my bags and left. Location is great but not worth the hassle. Stay away!

Cons: Shower was just cement looked like they didn’t finish construction. A more luxurious bathroom would have fitted with the rest of the feel of the resort.

Pros: Very friendly staff, excellent views of the ocean, diving and scuba access right at the resort, included breakfast. The couch in the room had a pull out so you can fit more people. There are free transfers to and from the pier at select times.

Pros: Everything about the hotel, staff are will to do anything for you, spacious rooms, unbelievable view of the sea. One of the best overall experiences I’ve ever had of a hotel.
Cons: I see a few people complain about the walk from the beach to the hotel but it’s literally a small walk up hill, must be very unfit to complain about the walk.

Pros: Great locations although beware of that dodgy road on Scooters...
Cons: Having checked all reviews I was looking to stay at the beach resort NOT the club. My receipts and conformations stated beach resort and I was told on arrival I actually booked resort. Staff were most unsympathetic and I was offered a bottle of wine and a letter to sign to confirm that I would not complain on reviews...clearly I declined a crappy bottle of chardonnay as a 'compromise agreement' and instead wrote this. Please check you know what you're getting. The management blamed their agents but that is not the customers problem, they need to better manage through brand. Poor show. FYI, nothing wrong with beach club, it just wasn't what I thought I bought and had reviewed. If this happened in any other business you'd get a refund / transfer.
