Pros (+) Breakfast included with rate. Eggs and pancakes to order. Plenty of selection. Courteous and professional staff. Cental location to Fort Kochi and Lulu mall. Very clean and spacious rooms. Stayed in duplex suite.
Cons (-) Pool needs updating. Wife cut her leg on pool tiles. Pool staff was quick to respond and applied adequate care. Customer service is about a 3 to 4 star experience compared to other 5 star hotels.
