Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast offerings and the variety and quality of the pool facilities, which were especially appreciated by families and those seeking relaxation. Spacious rooms and beautiful views were also highlighted in several positive reviews. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, including unhelpful or rude staff and slow check-in.
