Pros (+) Rooms were clean and newly remodeled. Breakfast staff was good and the food was great! Two small pools were okay, the infinity pool had an amazing view!!
Cons (-) The people working at the front desk did not seem friendly upon check in! I need assistance with their phone system (to dail an outside line) they would not offer to help. Upon checkout we had to wait over an hour for the staff to check our room.... This happened throughout our stay in Tailand but usually only took 5-10 minutes. This hotel made everyone wait for over an hour. Terrible.
