Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's exceptional service, beautiful and private location, and high standard of amenities. The staff are frequently described as attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, contributing greatly to memorable stays. The resort's cleanliness and unique jungle atmosphere are also highlighted, as well as the convenience of having everything needed on site. However, several guests mention that the value for price could be improved, citing high costs for food, transfers, and hotel services. Despite some minor criticisms, most guests found the experience to be outstanding and worth recommending.

Wonderful
Cullen, Sept 2018
Pros (+) Everything. Staff, accommodations, food, location. It is all around a 5 star property. Would highly recommend. Breakfast is amazing, accommodations are as comfortable as it gets.
Cons (-) Price for food and drinks. But you have to take into account that they have to pay for the service and everything else you get. So I’m my opinion, the money I spent was worth what I received.
