Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's spacious and clean rooms, as well as its convenient location near attractions and amenities. However, many were disappointed with the pool, which was often described as small, poorly maintained, or not as advertised. Service also received criticism, with several guests reporting unfriendly or unhelpful staff, issues with reception, and problems with amenities such as water supply and cleanliness in some areas. Despite these drawbacks, positive mentions of room comfort and helpful housekeeping staff were noted.
