Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location in Krabi town, close to markets and central attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including reports of rude or unhelpful staff and, in some cases, discriminatory behavior. Cleanliness is another common concern, with several guests mentioning unclean rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor maintenance. Value for money is frequently questioned, as guests feel the facilities and overall experience do not match the price, especially during high season. Room size and comfort are also noted as drawbacks, with many finding the rooms small, dated, or lacking basic amenities. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, service, cleanliness, and value are recurring negatives.
