Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, value for money, and some useful amenities like kettles and hairdryers. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including cockroaches and dirty rooms, as well as negative experiences with rude or unhelpful staff. Some guests also mentioned problems with room facilities such as non-functioning TVs and unpleasant odors. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a strategic location, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
