Pros: Got the tower view room which was nice and clean. What made the stay pleasurable was the location and the staff. Particularly the concierge. Koy is the best. He helped arrange whatever we needed.I will not hesitate to stay here during a future visit. Oh, and the view is spectacular.

Cons: - The pool is tiny, not open to the sun, and closes early, since it is in the Sky Bar - The Sky Bar is nothing special, despite the view, as the music is too loud and the space too cramped to really be a comfortable place to hang out or enjoy the view

Pros: All said and done the location was pretty good .. opposite to a large mall connected by a walk way .. also you could tell at some point it was a 5* facility .. the lobby area looked impressive ..
Cons: .. most other things were either just average or below average .. the rooms had a very dated look .. furniture was old ... things in the wall were loose .. couple of times when i connected my laptop the outlet actually came out of the wall .. when we ordered room service they would not charge it to the room .. when i gave him a credit card he was not happy .. worst of course was the WiFi .. it was so poor that it was almost not usable .. if i was on a business trip i would have been livid .. even here i had to use the data on my cell phone since it was faster than their wifi! Overall except for the price .. i would not recommend .. at a slightly higher price i am sure you can get better accommodation ...

Pros: Excellent hotel overall. Fantastic staff in the executive lounge, world class.
Cons: Breakfast at Makan was chaotic and poorly managed. Food is good but the restaurant is completely overwhelmed for hours with poor staffing levels. Needs serious urgent attention.

Pros: Location was good and hotel breakfast was great as were the staff, very pleasant welcoming and very helpful. On that basis I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The room I had felt cold in its decoration and overlooked a train line which was noisy but infrequent. The shower took forever to heat up and I used it at max temperature and it wasn't that hot. But it was comfortable & clean, so ideal for just a night.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and responsive. When we need a technician to show us how the air-conditioning worked, a member of staff came to our door within minutes. Excellent location too. At the heart of the shopping and dining area of Kuala Lumpur and just 20 minutes walk through a shopping centre to the famous Petronas Towers.
Cons: The internet access in the rooms can be faster and easier to log on. Internet access is increasingly becoming a key consideration by visitors when deciding which hotel to choose.

Pros: The hotel is close to Jalan Alor and about a 15 minute walk to Pavillion Mall, Bukit Bintang, and Bar Street.
Cons: The facilities of this hotel are completely outdated and in need of serious repair and upgrading to warren the price. The hotel smells of mildew, has old carpets, and all of the fixtures and furniture are worn. The staff tries to help, but they have limited power and can be snippy. We needed a roll away bed and when it finally came to the room (we asked at check in and had to call 2 more times) it had bed bugs and my legs were bitten incessantly over night. Additionally, our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel insisted it was smoke free. Finally, we needed a taxi to KL Sentra at 2:30 am. We told them well in advance and they wouldn't help. They told me to use GrabCar instead.
