We enjoyed the pools!
It would have been better if the swan paddle boats were more available. During our trip, they were frequently unavailable for use “due to weather”, though there were some boats already out in the water.
Prices a bit steep for food and drinks. Example: coffee/lattes that cost more than Starbucks?
So close to attractions and transportation to theme parks
The pool was amazing! And the location too!
A little more affordable!
Resort access to Epcot.
First floor dining options are tucked away in hard to find spots. Not well designed.
Room service breakfast was good. The restaurants on site are very nice. Various activities for kids- s’mores by the beach, sports etc was a lot of fun!
Check out time is 11am, they dint accommodate late checkout
The staff was down to earth and friendly especially the woman who checked me in. She was amazing!!
Everything was perfect.
Terrible Smelling room with what i believe to be mold developing in it. Effected our ability to breath big mistake on my part to accept the circumstances . Hotel atempted to clean wasnt an aceptable job done at all .Very old out dated feel to room as well was not a confortable stay at all paid 700 dollars for two Night i deserve a refund for the room experience . And figures Crossed that our health is not affected
Enjoyable stay at the Dolphin
Had a great view of fireworks every night around 10: pm from rm.love the pool with waterfalls
Great hotel in a great location
The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The cleaning service made my daughter’s blanket into a bow and stacked my son’s stuffed animals into a scene on the bed. They also folded the tissue into a rose. Really awesome! The bell service was also super friendly. The accommodations were clean and nice. The location is awesome, between Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The boat service is a nice touch to provide another wonderful experience for my kids.
It’s a Starwood hotel, so you won’t get the “Disney” room experience and the rooms were a little smaller than expected. The hotel holds a lot of conventions, so it’s pretty crowded.
This is a very well appointed resort with all the amenities you would need. There is easy transportation to the Disney parks, either by shuttle bus or by ferry. Also, it is worth noting that the extended hours to get into animal kingdom early by staying at a Disney park it’s very well worth it to get to the Pandora attractions early without having to wait an extremely long lines. I would definitely stay here again.
I stayed in this hotel for a conference. While the conference facilities were good, the layout is a little bit confusing and after several days I still kept finding myself getting lost. I think the signage could be a little better as well.
We will be back for sure.
The boardwalk area, the pool, the easy transportation to the parks... all made for a fantastic trip.
Our room was too far from pool.
