Cons (-) My only issue with this hotel/resort is the cleanliness. Upon our arrival, first thing I look at is how clean the hotel is, that’s what matters most to me. After a quick inspection of the place to kind of see if everything works properly, we found the living room sofa had unknown white stains on it, we had to cover it up with a huge blanket to even sit on it. Pros (+) The pool grounds were nice. You could tell they take care of the upkeep for that area. As well, the bar staff was super friendly.
Cons (-) Overall dissapointed with my stay. When I checked in it was smooth, but I had to wait till 5 pm to check into my room. After check in, I was harassed about not wanting to buy a timeshare. I tried to use the Business center and the fax and printer machine was not working. When I tried asking for assistance. No one could assist me.

Pros (+) I loved the seclusion from the Vegas strip And the privacy from other rooms and guests

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and attentive
Cons (-) We did not know that this was a hotel that is part of Diamond Resorts and that upselling you was there primary purpose. We would not have stayed here if we knew that. They had 3 stars on Yelp which was the primary reason for staying

Cons (-) Did not know about a $22.40 so called "usage fee" that was charged at check-in. Did not appreciate that at all.
