Filthy. Hazardous. Broken down. Horrible experience.
The location, price and pool
Pool open later , cleaner rooms, room phones
No breakfast bed was good
The tv could of been working better
Dirty, outdated, doors with holes in them, broken elevators, no parking, and so loud you can't get any sleep.
Burrito breakfast was super delicious.
When there are literally ZERO people in your “backyard” and a DJ is blaring music until 2 am it is shitty. I got a room here cause I needed a place to sleep because I was driving 8 hours the next day. I should have slept in my car and would get better sleep.
Helpful staff, good atmosphere.
Smelled of marijuana
The location and ambiance. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Loved my stay.
Older building needed a few minor remodels, but overall wonderful vibe.
Great location, okay hotel
The location is great if you want to be downtown. I was in town for Life is Beautiful and this was the perfect spot to stay. The room was clean and everything was comfortable.
The common areas were a little dingy, the elevator sucks, the bathroom was small, and there were not enough outlets (and none near the bed - this seems like a no brainer for any hotel). The pictures are very flattering, but it didn't quite deliver on the expectations.
Just around the corner of Freemont Experience.
Resort fee of $22 per night
The resort fee listed on Kayak was $7.95. Oasis at Goldspike said they charge $20 and were unwilling to honor the fee I was charged. The lobby was set up poorly. But most importantly, the staff was horrible. I didn't stay because of the resort fee. There was an unauthorized charge of $50 on my credit card. When I contacted the front desk about it, not only did they not apologize, they became rude and belligerent with me. Don't stay here! Stay at the Villa Inn Motel instead. It's located on Las Vegas Blvd. extremely close to Fremont Street. Alex and the other staff are really nice and rates are very reasonable. No resort fee and the room was nice. Very quiet as well!
Cheap but not worth it
Room was updated and clean
Extremely loud until 4am, downstairs is a night club. Can't sleep unless you're blacked out drunk. Ear plugs pointless, floors and wall shake from the music. Nah.
