Everything was great even during the covid. I really enjoyed the room was more elegant than the last room I stayed in.
I really wish the monorail was running would have made everything more pleasurable
Love the hotel
Staff excellent and friendly. Service to Text to hotel for any questions excellent, best seen in any hotel.
Infrequent shuttles to the Strip or Downtown.
The beds were comfortable The pool was open and not crowded All the staff were very nice and helpful It was a very clean hotel
The a/c in our room was extremely loud and kept waking me up when it turned on. We called in for extra blankets and ended up on hold for 20 min the first time. Then when we called back because they never delivered the blankets, we couldn’t get through to anyone. So the operator Phone service could have been much better.
Didn't know they had breakfast
clean the room everyday
2 rooms were not air conditioned...Finally on the 3rd try, they gave me a air conditioned room. My last room was great!!!
Need more food lications open
The room was nice
Free water for everyone. Got to the hotel at 5 pm Friday June 26, 2020 to check in and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get my room key. And they didnt have any incentives for jus being open just a week. And they need new thermometer 2 to scan ur temp
Very in facility lots of shopping and rooms were beautiful favorite was shower
Coffee pots and microwave in double bed rooms would have been nice and food places to eat after hours
We have stayed there many times, it has everything you need at a bargain price.
Like the fitness area
The city view, Monorail station, quiet to sleep.
Add HDMI extender from TV so I can connect and play with my laptop. Give me microwave in my room and it would be solid 5-star for me, gym need separation from spa. Fast internet and avoid fee confusion, 15 bucks per day is slow as hell.
It is a decent place for family stay, unlike some sleazy hotels and well priced.
Curtains did not work properly. Room wasnt ready at Check In 3:00 PM and we had smelly pillows.
The price was great and the hotel was very nice.
I wish that the gym be available to all guests.
The price was excellent as it was off season.
It is in need of renovation. it looked old and tired.
Protection badly works. At me have stolen 2 mobile phones and who didn't begin me to help. Have told wait and can be to you them will return. Though around there are videocamera
too noisy, can't sleep. whatever we wanted, the hotel couldn't make it. Dealers are so mean.
comfortable beds, nice pool, good buffet dinner
It was a little bit off the strip but the monorail stopped right outside so we got around pretty easy
The room was nice, the view was nice and the monorail makes up for it not beeing right on the strip.
The casino smells a bit to much ciggarette for my taste. Roomservice is, as always, a bit expensive.
well i spent my honeymoon there and my room was next to the elevator which was very convienant for me since im 8 months pregnant
Nice room, excellent price/quality ratio
Even crappy motels have free wi-fi. At hilton it was 13 $ per daty, per laptop!
The location. Hilton is near of Stip Blv.
We didnt have fridge in our room.
