Pros: From the moment you are welcomed by the doorman Andres and Alfredo . To the front desk Daniel and his crew . All were incredible . Great breakfast , again service is a ten . Housekeeping is immaculate . You can walk anywhere in ten minutes . The office center is staffed by a woman named Brenda . The reason i know the names of the staff is everyone is so helpful. I live in Maui Hawaii and have to travel six months a year . This is in my top five business hotels across the world . Get the junior suite its worth it

Cons: The hotel did not have my reservation. As a result I had to pay twice for my stay, a total of $1,800.00. This will be the last time I book with kayak. The hotel staff was not concerned at all with helping me resolve the issue.

Pros: Full gym, accommodating for our stay. It was a very business and turístico atmosphere. Even though it was not romantic it was still great for us as a couple because it was close to everything romantic.

Pros: Wonderful service, beautiful hotel, location and views. Bottled water provided free and unlimited. Gym was FABULOUS!
Cons: Shower door leaked, charge for wifi in room, coffee/expresso machine pods not restocked daily. But were provided after request. Bar drinks and breakfast buffett were overpriced.

Pros: I'd just like to take this opportunity to publicly give my thanks to Juan Jose, the young bell man who took the time to kindly grab our luggage, welcome my wife and kid, and show the functionality of the room to them while I stayed in the lobby checking in. The first thing my wife said was: "Wow!! that young man really went above and beyond helping me and made me feel at home." Additionally, Priscilla, lady at the concierge desk, was very attentive and knowledgeable to accommodate our transportation and reservation needs while in the hotel. Even though, we only stayed one night (Sunday May 29th, 2016), we experience and saw enough from the hotel and staff that would makes us go back and stay at the JW Marriot Hotel Lima. Cheers

Pros: The main attraction is that it is right at the airport - there is a walkway from the terminal. Also, the hotel is well-maintained, has a restaurant, gym, pool, bar, all the basics. The staff is helpful and speaks English. I would be happy to stay there again.
Cons: Being on the airport grounds, it is not particularly easy to get around anywhere else. Therefore, it is best for people passing through.

Cons: bathroom smelled like mildew. beds were hard. Not supposed to drink the water, but had to pay for water in room. had to pay for coffee in room. good breakfast. excellent location next to airport, but pricey. staff very accommodating, held some luggage while we were traveling. it looks like they charged us for the room, even though we paid through priceline, so we'll have to check that out. (they took our credit card for incidentals, but my husband didn't notice that they charged us for the room)

Pros: We (a couple) flew through Lima twice on our trip to Peru from the US and stayed at this hotel both times in Dec 2016. This airport is located right across the street from the airport and has a sky bridge to the airport on the 2nd floor. The hotel is nice but the convenience to the airport and avoiding the crazy Lima traffic is what makes it a good value. I thought it would be noisy but it wasn't too bad even through the Lima Airport is a very busy airport. The staff were all very nice.
Cons: I wouldn't stay here for an extended stay in Lima. For an extended stay it would be better to be away from the ambiance of the airport. The airport is very busy 24x7 so don't be surprised if there is a line at reception.

Cons: Unfriendly staff and security. Did not seem welcoming at all. Was in Peru with group of physicians to teach at the University Hospital. Wyndham had many security personnel at every level, entrances and elevators. We had some physician colleagues come to the hotel to visit and they interrogated them, instructing them if they were staying longer than 20 minutes they had to leave their ID at the front desk. We were going to have drinks at hotel bar but decided to leave instead since they did not feel welcome. Will not be staying at this Wyndham again.

Cons: Never reset tables at breakfast. Had to collect my own cups and utensils. If you order a taxi with them it’s about double the price of Uber. Definitely don’t get the airport transfer.

Pros: PROS: • Most staff is very nice and professional. • The hotel is in a very central location. • The cleaning crew does a great job in the rooms and in the hotel. • The room and the bed were very comfortable. • Rooms are spacious and clean. • The furniture is very nice. • The hotel and rooms have a warm decoration. • The hotel’s restaurant is good and very nicely decorated. • “Enrique” who works in room-service is very good. • The front desk exchanges currency. • The staff at the front desk speaks English. • Mr. Jose Carlos Tafur and Mr. Diego Ramos, at the front desk, are wonderful. Very professional and personable. • During our stay, one of the bellboys, “Javier”, stood out for his hard work and going beyond his bellboy duties to serve the guests. • The check-out was fast and accurate. • Each guest gets a complimentary “Pisco Sour” (the national drink of Peru) upon arrival.
Cons: CONS: • The check-in was not welcoming. “Michael” was at the front desk when we arrived. We had reserved 2 months in advance, but he was not ready for us. He wasn’t sure if we wanted a queen size (which we had reserved) or 2 twin beds. Furthermore, he never offered us the “welcoming, warm-perfumed towels, (to clean our hands at our arrival) nor the glass of champagne or orange juice” as offered in the website. We did get 2 tickets for 2 Pisco Sours, which was very nice. • We had a medical emergency and needed to call the U.S. “Michael” at the front desk was unable to give us the code needed to be able to call the U.S. from the hotel room. Moreover, he wasn’t helpful and he did not even pretend to try to help us. We found him to be the only staff at the front desk who was very unprofessional and rude throughout our whole stay! All the other staff was the opposite, really professional, polite, and nice. • The hotel has no gym. • There is no concierge. • The hotel does not have the amenities of bigger hotels. • One can hear the loud noise from the street at nights. • The bathroom in our room had a leak and the Jacuzzi was so old, the jets had permanent stains. The bathroom needs to be remodeled.
