Cons (-) No ice machine, no remote for tv, both nightstand lights didn't work, mascara smeared coverlet from previous person, had no forks, knives, spoons or cups available when I called front desk for them. Had to hold the handle to the toilet down the whole time just to flush it. Overall terrible service. I never post bad reviews but this deserved it. Road noise unacceptable.
