Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central downtown location and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about the service, with several guests reporting rude or unhelpful staff and issues with reservations, especially for local guests. Many were disappointed by closed or non-functional amenities such as the pool, breakfast, and vending machines, which were advertised but unavailable. Cleanliness was generally viewed positively, though some noted maintenance issues. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out, service and amenities left many guests dissatisfied.
