Pros (+) Staff was extremely personable, helpful, and friendly. Love that they are also pet friendly! Breakfast was good.
Cons (-) Our room was not very clean or comfortable. The toilet seat was dirty and we had to ask to have it cleaned after we got there. The room felt "damp." The elevators and hallways smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking facility.

Pros (+) The location is close to interstate and businesses.
Cons (-) All the employees was rude when you asked them simple questions. They did not service my room the first night even though I sat with maid please sign on the door all day. Leaving trash piled up in the corner. I had to beg for a towel because they wanted two people to use the same two towels for three days. Breakfast was dry and not a big selection.
