finding a toe nail on our bedroom carpet as we entered the room 345
Friendly courteous staff, excellent location 10 min walk to Liverpool One shopping centre. Large room with computer desk/chair, comfy bed, excellent breakfast and enjoyed the evening meal in the restaurant - excellent value. Parking only £9 over stay.
Bathroom & bath was a little small
Good location with friendly staff. A little "spa" was a good extra for daddy and son. Nice room.
Only one thing, dinner pasta was actually awful, although the starter soup was excellent.
Good parking very good breakfast
The reception staff were very friendly. The design of the hotel is stunning. The breakfast menu was unbelievable, such a fantastic variety to choose from.
The staff in this hotel are absolutely supurb
Excellent attentive and pleasant staff
Food prices very high in bar, excessive.
Excellant staff, from doorman through to room service and restaurant staff - well done all.
(1) Not really a bad point just one of slight irritation, and it happens in a number of hotels, staff in restaurants continually asking "is everything alright". I suppose its just getting the balance right. (2) Again not a big point, but checking and ensuring things like mini bar doors and wardrobe doors don't bind, etc but are set-up correctly are proper touches for a hotel like the plaza.
From the cleaner to the manager, everyone was extremely helpful
There were no bad points
Location and parking facility
Not enough staff in dining room on the Sunday morning which was very busy due to a wedding on the Saturday
