Rooms had a terrible smell to them.
the room was lovely, over looking the water. the young girl on reception was very helpful when we asked her where the place to go at night was.
This hotel is definitely not 4 star. Very disappointed at value for money
I had problems checking in and checking out as the prepaid cost with Bookings.com had not been updated on their system. Tried to charge me again. Not impressed with hotel, won't be staying there again. Not a 4 star hotel. Bar was awful
Hotel rooms were very small, toilet cramped, and bed was made for dwarfs!
Great location, clean with very friendly staff. Would stay again
The bed mattress was old - need to change
location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, very good food, checkout efficient, 1st evening restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate a late arrival
hairdryer was broken, breakfast 1st morning was chaotic and prolonged, they'd run out of several key elements including plates, for which one had to wait, late delivery newspaper 1st morning, but overall an excellent experience
This hotel needs some money spent on it. The food was ok. There was private function, so there was only one bar open, with no atmosphere, but three tv's! It certainly isn't 4 stars.
Parking is a nightmare
