A most excellent hotel
Everything, the staff were all extremely helpful. The place was immaculately clean. We didn't get chance to try the food though !
Good hotel in the city
Clean and tidy. Well laid out. Friendly staff. Loke the sgip feel round the inside.
One of the staff seemed a bit sharp like they were going through the motions of a script.
Great view of the station
Proximity to the station but that also means a pretty depressing outlook if you are on that side of the hotel and also of course, noise. Comfortable bed.
Flickering light in bathroom. Room very hot.
Football weekend, loud at times during the night - not too bad and my son wasn't woken!
Everything excellent..AS ALWAYS
Great location, the rooms were fab and bed was very comfy. I expected it to be quite noisy but there was not much noise from the railway at all. Breakfast was great. An overall very pleasant stay and great value for money.
The noise from the railway station was loud and distracting

There was nothing i didnt like about this hotel
convenient location for train travel, theatre and shopping
Location is good, because there is near train staion,so we could get drink and food.Parking is free.
The hotel is very central. (Theatre, Cinema, Shopping, Bus to the airport and Anfield around the corner). Very nice and the theme is nice and classic - cruise liner travel.
Security staff seemed a little suspicious and you felt a bit watched! The doors slammed loudly. There was poor ventilation in the toilets. We were on the 6th floor and ventilation fans on the roof were a bit noisy.
Clean rooms, location
Uncomfortable beds, small room, 11pm check out.
The Castaway Bar
Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast.
We were in a room just above a wedding party which had extremely loud music until the early hours of the morning, preventing us from sleeping. We complained, and we did receive a discount.
