Pros (+) The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the location is impossible to beat. The service was impeccable. Each time I needed assitance from the front desk, I was given all that I needed and more. The concierge team -- Mercy, Jessica and Ahmed - were amazing. They simply went out of their way to make everyting go as smoothly as possible. The breakfast is very good.And the public hang-out spaces...
Cons (-) The only possible downside of this terrific hotel is the size of the single, small room, which is very small. But it's well designed, and has a great energy. I find this deal hard to beat. Would stay there again in a heartbeat, and would return with my family as well.
