Very professional staff and service. Room was comfortable and clean. Easy access to bus and tube stops made it easy to get to all points in London. Very quiet hotel made it a relaxing stay.
Not many eating options in the area during the evening hours.
Location is great. Good room sizes for central London. Large bathrooms. Quiet location (slept one night with my balcony door open).
Hotel was very warm in the room and in common areas. The hotel also tried to overcharge us for breakfast (charged the whole group for deluxe breakfasts when we intentionally just ordered a la carte. Business travelers on an expense account probably don't bother with arguing with first the waiter and then a supervisor. Staff repeatedly gave incorrect information about nearby road closures for various parades.
Terrible renovations going on. Staff is less friendly and experienced than before. Won't stay here again.
The staff was eager to help us any way they could. They even obtained tickets to a football game for us after we heard it was sold out. The rooms were spotless, the towels were luxuriously thick, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We WILL be back!
I wish we could have had a regular top sheet and light blanket on our bed instead of a down quilt ( at the beginning of September!) -- just too hot for that time of year.
Centrally located, luxury boutique hotel with excellent facilities. Housekeeping was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and always well stocked. Upgraded to a room which allowed us access to the Club Lounge. Lounge was a wonderful place to relax, unwind and grab a snack. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
