The decoration is great and the personel very pleasant and helpfull. We had the luck to be upgraded in a junior suite and had the surprise of a very nice cake for my husband's birthday. Location on the park and near to the best areas.

I didn't like your breakfast serviece. Early moning when I lived your hotel, there was not cold water in the tap, which is unacceptably for five-star hotel.

The rooms are very dark due to colors, design and lighting. Bathrooms are very poor in safety. The barthtub is very slippery when taking a shower and the shower heads are very have very low perssure and flow. Bathroom tiles color, black, is not the best choice and makes the look of bathrooms very depressing.
