Pros (+) Staff was friendly, restaurant was okay, but location is the prime positive factor here.
Cons (-) Bed had someone else’s hair in it, sink had ants, room was in a weird location. Cleanliness left me feeling not relaxed or comfortable.

Pros (+) Great staff Excellent location to bayswater stn. Beautiful modern hotel with ancient artifacts adorning the walls. Great breakfast Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Bathrooms modern, a bit small. Really like the hotel.
Cons (-) Bathroom tight, tiny sink. Room Woodwork a bit scuffed up, could use a bit of touch up Great for a short stay.

Pros (+) Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They took pity on a weary, soggy traveler and let me check in ahead of time.
Cons (-) Room was miniscule, not enough places to store things, very hard, tiny bed. Bare, cold floor.
