The room was spacious clean modern and a lot of facilities available, the bed was very comfortable, we would definitely return again
Very close to our UK office. Nice large and comfortable bed.
From Previous stays, the breakfast is just acceptable.
Great location, great pubs and restaurants nearby, has that lovely warmth and welcoming atmosphere that you'd get in a remote location, yet is in the heart of London! Appreciate the free newspapers. The staff's knowledge of the locality and their recommendations were invaluable!
First night room too hot, couldn't control temperature from room, got receoption to do it. Second night realised duvets far too heat containing, suggest lighter versions
We were upgraded because of overbooking. The room was excellent, the bed was perfect, the staff very helpful. Upon request we received immediately a second duvet. The breakfast was delicious. After checkout we could store the luggage at the front desk for several hours. I can really recommend this hotel.
Location - it takes quite long to travel to the center of London by tube on week-ends cause there is always maintenance work being done on the tube which forced us to take long detours.
Incredibly expensive internet in the rooms (20pounds per day). The staff was very little helpful in terms of information about the surroundings. Cleaning staff was half-good, i had to contact the reception several times to have a couple of things done. The ventilation is extremely loud and not controllable from the rooms, you have to contact the reception to turn it on or off or to increase/decrease the temperature. The television was old and the remote did not work, so we had to keep standing up to change the channels. For one night, these issues would have been OK, but I stayed 7 nights, so they accumulate quite fast and render the stay just below "good".
