Staf very polite, breakfast included ( i did not have it - but dinning room was full every day ) excellent location - but... do not except a luxury hotel , would recommend more for adults - not family with children.
Bathroom and toilets looking like it would be great to refreh them ( at least new paint and mabye new plastics ) .
Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location just 7 minutes from Victoria station on foot.
Wi-Fi in reception only, walls are paper thin and the doors creak and locks are extremely loud. 2% charge for using a non-UK debit card.
Arguably, the worst hotel in London. Some members of the stuff appeared to be friendly but overall impression was that they don't care at all.
For £70 a night - what do you get? Small rooms with no bathrooms. Walls made of veneer. You can hear your neighbour's breath. The toilets and the only shower room per eight rooms are located on different floor, where you are supposed to climb with no light on the landing. Avoid at all cost. Would add extra 2% if you pay with credit card. No wifi in the room.
It was only 150 feet from a very nice pub - the Marquis of Westminster.
This place was so incredibly bad that we checked out after one night, even though we had to pay for three days in advance. It would be nice to get a refund for the two days we did not stay, but I have little hope. It has not been posted to my account. Awfully shabby; 2% up-charge for using a non-UK MasterCard; extremely meager breakfast (with no choices); bathroom too small for me to sit on the toilet (I am 6'3"); toilet paper holder sitting on desk, with no toilet paper; rust all around the bottom of the bathroom door; little water pressure; and a hostile reception clerk at check in.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the credit card machine was not working and this made things difficult with payment.
The towels were very hard, the bathroom did not have any shelves to put anything on and the sink was too small.
