The diningroom was too small for my group
The location to Olympia, where we attended a concert
Too noisy, inflexible on breakfast, when we were 5 minutes late. tiny bathroom
Not very clean. Realy small rooms. No shampoo. Only soap in the bathroom.
Very small rooms given the rate. Not very clean
Breakfast for sure, helpfulness of the hotel staff.
Nothing special. the cooling system was to strong but we turned it off and we've slept well.
Did not stay in actual hotel, another hotel owned by same people (though only a few yards away); top floor (of 4) with no lift; cracked teacup; waste bin lid broken; hair-dryer broken (though it's no use to me anyway)
staff were flexible and friendly - room was clean in most areas - fridge was useful - bed was comfortable - shower hot and decent pressure - breakfast OK
the hotel is on a very busy road with fire engines, police cars, etc. making a noise all night; by the second night I so knackered I slept through but the first night was very disturbed.
The room was extremely clean and the staff friendly. A good, value for money hotel close to the venue we were attending for a rock concert. Extremely accessible from the city centre.
A little underequipped. We were only given one towel between the two of us and complementary shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer were a notable absence, as was a shaver socket in the bathroom.
Clean well equiped rooms, good breakfast included, helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff that would go out of way to help
Although staff willing to help a lot of the held should not have been needed in the first place! Room was small and cramped, with none of the amenities I.E. hair dryer listed on the website. No breakfast even though advertised Building work taking place - massive banging noises at 7.30am.
