the location was very convenient
The bathroom had not been cleaned in our room. It was disgustingly dirty from previous guests. Room was shabby and small, which was okay, but heat and hot water were unreliable. The hotel advertised free wi-fi and then charged 2.50 pounds per day per device.
Location, great people work here.. Very helpful and friendly...
Cold and tiny room.
The staff were friendly and helpful ,the price was reasonable and it is central though not near any tube
The room was in a cellar and very cold in winter they did not have any spare blankets the endings is taken out of a small caravan so is tiny
the room was large and comfortable. The bed was fine. The location was awesome.
The breakfast was an absolute nightmare. One of the members of staff was outright impolite. The ensuite bathroom turned out to be a plastic cubicle. Clean and functional, but not for large/tall people. On our day of departure people tried to open our door twice (!) before check out time. The 'making' of the bed amounted to covering it with a bed spread, a book i left on the bed was just covered, that was all there was to it.
Open reception 24 hrs so did not need to take key out
Did not get breakfast as no room in the dining room
The carpet looked like it had never seen a hover!
poor room and facilities
Small room, module shower, simple breakfast and at around £50 for a night close to both West End and City, it's fine.
good location, kindly staff
bathroom very small, caotic breakfast room, breakfast quality
The hospitality of the people working at the hotel
The cleanliness of the rooms and toilettes
