The lifts were very small and very busy. The staff could have directed us to the closest coffee shop shops, restaurants and metro stations. It was a long walk from the lift to the room - would be nice...

Pros (+) Can't say enough good things, from staff to room everything was great. Would and will stay there again. They will go out of there way to help you.
Cons (-) Only downside if there is one is that the bathrooms are a bit small but I think that is a London thing. My son and his wife Stayed at a more expensive Boutique hotel and his bathroom was 1/3 the size....

Pros (+) Staff was great, location is great, and overall the place was clean and well-run. Professional.
Cons (-) Wifi was terrible. I mean, really really bad. In 2016, it was pre-dial-up speeds. On this alone, I may consider another hotel next time.
