every thing is great
Big rooms, polite staff, excellent location, willing to offer additional services (i.e. storage of lugages) without extra charge.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Excellent reception and concierge ,nice ope Lobby ,attractive Bar and Great bed
Wifi internet the slowest I have ever encountered at hotel of this class
Excellent food, excellent concierge, excellent beds and pillows, excellently placed for west end.
Receptionists were 'indifferent', very young waiting on staff who lacked the ability to make you feel welcome and special which is important when you are spending a lot of money and want to come away thinking you can't wait to get back. The 12.5% service charge on everything!
prestige,superb service and location
liked it all
