Bad location for the hotel and the rooms were not
The price was the only thing I liked about the hotel. The staff was also pleasant and friendly.
The hotel was at a terrible location, never on the website does it say that the hotel is on top of a hookah lounge. I absolutely hate the smell of hookah so having to stay at a hotel where all you smell is hookah is horrible, and the noise level is also not good since you're right on top of the lounge. The rooms were nothing as described as the pictures on the website. The room was dirty and it smelled really bad, the carpet smelled bad and so did the bed covers. The only decent thing was probably the bathroom that actually had tile floor unlike the nasty red carpet the rooms had. If you are on a real tight budget then I guess it's good for your money but even I was on a budget and this seemed ridiculous and I my boyfriend and I checked out within an hour of being at the hotel and booked another hotel because the conditions were so bad. I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood nor leaving my belongings at the hotel while I was gone.
Helpul staff on arrival
There was a problem with the diffuser on one of the lights in the room. The noise kept me awake, I contacted the emergency number spoke with someone, explained the problem, nobody turned up
comfortable beds, fridge included, breakfast
very small room, mould in shower
Close location to subway and heathrow airport
Very noisy from outside cars due to bad windows. Very poor breakfast
Buses and underground are easily available, if there is no strikes and improvement works. Staff is friendly.
Though rooms are cleared thoroughly there is an impression that all furniture is too old and dirty. The air is dusty. Breakfast is not tasty.
value for money and hospital staff
Good location . Tube station is two bus stops away. Clean rooms . Enjoyed our stay there
Food was very good
The so called twin room was way way to small, no room to past your room mate without standing to one side
Very clean, extremly friendly staff, good food in the restaurant
Hotel's location suited our needs exactly. The Hotel and Restaurant are decorated to a high standard.
Breakfast choice was a bit meagre
