Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and access to public transportation. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and insufficient housekeeping. Noise is another common issue, with thin walls and street noise disturbing sleep for some. While some rooms are described as spacious and comfortable, others are considered small or lacking amenities. Accessibility is a challenge due to the absence of an elevator and steep stairs, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and noise insulation are needed.
