The staff is very welcoming and helpfull. It was my second stay and I will definitely choose this hotel again due to the amazing location. It is a very quiet and charming hotel.
The paintings and the curtains needs to be renewed.

friendly staff, hotel and rooms are tastefully decorated and clean, very nice breakfast (fresh orange juice and delicious french croissants)
The bathroom was rather small. We had a tiny bath tub.

The Staff were excellent, very Professional, and the room was very comfortable, lovely towels and toiletries, and real ground coffee. Definitely would come back.

The staff went out of their way for me. They were so friendly and helpful. The place was also very stylishly decorated and my room was a nice size for london.
the room was noisy. It was below reception and you could hear people walking above you constantly. I was disappointed as i had asked for a quiet room in my booking request. I would return but would insist on cm upstairs room.
