For two guests, the Novotel London has the Superior Premium Room with a queen bed or the Executive Premium Room with Queen Bed. The Executive Premium Room has an optional balcony. Both rooms are equipped with a handicap accessible bathroom. The Executive Premium Room has the addition of rainfall showerhead.

For three or more guests, there is the option of the Superior Room with Queen bed and single convertible sofa or Superior Premium Room with Queen-size bed and two single sofa beds. The queen room with two sofa beds has a bathtub/shower combination. Guests can request a baby bathtub if needed.

All rooms come with a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite. There is also an audio docking station, phone and free high-speed wireless Internet in every room. Some rooms are pet-friendly, for an additional nightly fee. To help guests speed up the check-in process, visitors may use the online check-in feature. For an additional fee, guests can schedule a late check out up to as late as 5 pm.

International guests can take advantage of the onsite currency exchange. The multilingual staff speaks English, French, Spanish, and Italian.

It was our first , only 2 days stay in London . Everything was great , the location, cleanliness, staff. We’ve had 2 room that were perfect for our family of 5 . 15 minutes walk to the Imperial War Museum, 10 minutes to Shakespeare Globe , 20-25 minutes walk to Tower Bridge. Definitely recommend !
